When I purchased the registration, the pictures for the links didn\'t load identifying which link was for Mac or Windows and I selected the wrong one. I contacted the support staff and they were very responsive and helped me sort it out quickly.When I attempted to use it, I couldn\'t locate any instructions or a tip/explanation section. I tried randomly adjusting settings then made some test calls to determine the results of various selections. Basically working on trial and error. Pretty good recorder, but the converter a bit slow, why not record at once in an usual movie format?

Didnt work It didnt record anything. Tried a few times. Status bar says its ready to record. I click on record and when recording is done it asks if i want to view it. Nothing comes up or any files saved in the output directory. It just DIDN'T WORK...
